What is ISLA-PTO?
ISLA is International Spanish Language Academy
PTO is Parent Teacher Organization
International Spanish Language Academy is a public school choice for students in grades K-6 living in Minnesota. Located
within the boundaries of the Hopkins school district, ISLA opened its doors in the fall of 2007.
ISLA-PTO started this website to publicize our mission, keep members informed, and attract a broader audience. We'll
use this site to get the word out on ISLA-PTO news.
The
ISLA PTO is organized exclusively to enhance the educational opportunities at ISLA. The purpose for which
the organization is organized are exclusively religious, charitable, scientific, literary, or educational
within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code as now enacted or hereafter
amended.
If you are interested in being part of the ISLA PTO, please attend
any meeting. Our meetings are held on a Tuesday of each month at 6:30pm, August thru May, at the
school.
